This work will include demolition, electric, mechanical, plumbing, sprinklers, new partitions, ceilings, exterior windows and interior finishes. All work shall be in accordance with project drawings, specifications, national, local and applicable codes as per requirements of all governing agencies. The time for completion is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued.
