Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 17 Jun 97. Bid Opening will be on or about 17 July 97. Performance period is 85 calendar days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed. The acquisition is open compettion for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written request for the solicitation will be considered.
