NCCOSC RDTE DIV (NRaD) intends to negotiate an unrestricted Firm Fixed Price contract for the investigation of the feasibility of using Sub Carrier Multiplexing techniques to build a mixed-signal, scalable, wideband Local Area Network suitable for military aircraft applications. This procurement was previously announced in the CBD on 25 October 1995. All respondents to that notice were invited to provide industry comments on the draft Statement of Work for the solicitation. Five (5) entities provided comments. These entities are not restricted from participating further in this competitive procurement. The solicitation document will be issued on or about 01 July 1997.
