Cooper, Contracting Officer, (304) 285-4160 DOE's Federal Energy Technology Center's Public and Intergovernmental Partnerships Center is seeking proposals for conducting participation training for DOE staff engaged in environmental and related activities. Awardee shall update existing public participation training material and develop a one day training session. This involves development of materials, conducting one prototype workshop, and four regional workshops in calendar year 1997. This procurement will include two one year options for up to six workshops each and require the design and support of an interagency forum on a Cooperate Approach to Public Participation Training to be held in December 1997. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and the contract type will be fixed-price. RFP No. DE-RP26-97FT34227 will be issued approximately 15 days after date of publication in the CBD; receipt of proposals is scheduled for 21 days issuance of solicitation.
