15 -- PROCUREMENT OF LONG LEAD MATR. & SPECIFICATION DEVELOPMENT FOR SH-60R SOL N00019-93-C-0196 POC Contact, Emily Harman, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to modify contract N00019-93-C-0196 with Lockheed Martin Federal Systems, 1801 State Route 17C, Owego, NY 13827-3998 (LMFS-Owego) for the procurement of long lead material associated with the future procurement of four SH-60R test articles and specification development for Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) Phase II. EMD Phase II is a continuation of the development started in EMD Phase I. LMFS-Owego as the avionics developer and integrator for EMD Phase I is the only contractor that has the knowledge, expertise, and technical information to determine the necessary long lead material associated with the procurement of four SH-60R test articles and perform the specification development for Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) Phase II.
