The contractor would develop the databases by carrying out a prospective person-level sample survey of up to 1500 adults and up to 500 adolescents with such disorders and by accessing provider and social service agency records and databases. The contractor will provide service use and cost data separately for mental health and substance abuse, for adults and adolescents, and across all service sectors. To support this work, a literature review of relevant studies and a review of potential sources of data is required.
