This provision notifies Offerors than an Offeror can receive an award under this requirement (RFP #W6-01687-A3), but not RFP #W6-01948-A3 (Mission Oriented Systems Engineering Support) or RFP #W6-02257-A3 (Information Technology and Architectural Support) and vice versa.
