This is a pre-solicitation notice to inform all bidders of the National Park Service's intention to solicit bids for the repair of approximately 300 LF of riverbank erosion along the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail. Work to include rip-rap and plantings installation, and repair of a section of the Towpath Trail using asphalt and chip & seal. This procurement will be awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program 100-656 (241). Accordingly, it is open to both small and large businesses. If the successful low bidder is a large business, a subcontracting plan shall be submitted and approved before award. Bids will be opened at Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation Area, 15610 Vaughn Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141.
