The work includes demolition and removal of existing gutter system, cutting back existing single ply roofing, and construction of new snow guard system to hold back snow and ice, new concrete block parapet and provide new internal drains at their original location and connect to the existing downspouts. Contractor shall also insure that there will be positive drainage to all drain locations. No ponding will be acceptable. Provide the new system complete and ready for use. The applicable SIC and size standard is 1761 and 7.0 million for this solicitation. The cost range for this project is between $25,000 -- $100,000.
