Contractor shall use plans and specifications providing site emolition, earthwork, concrete and masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, metal siding and roofing, single ply roofing, doors and frames, aluminum storefront and glazing, hardware, interior finishes, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting. The estimated cost range is $275,000 to $325,000. The performance period is 120 calendar days from date of issuance of notice to proceed.
