Provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to remove and replace the roof on Hangar 36 at Selfridge ANG Base MI. Work includes, but is not limited to full removal and replacement of the existing facilities roofing system including insulation, flashing, fascia, gutters, and deck repair or replacement as required. A new ridge expansion joint and additional control joints shall be added as well as new roof to wall expansion joints. Approximate roof area is 54,000 S.F. All work to be in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for Project VGLZ950016P2, "Repair Roof, Aircraft Maintenance Building (H-36)". The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance period is 60 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 1761. The Contractor shall perform on the site, and with its own organization, work equivalent to at least eighty (80) percent of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract.
