Synopsis 97-16: This is a simplified acquisition procedure to be issued under the simplified acquisition threshold. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to repair by replacement the roofs of Buildings 867, 200 and 27, replacing a roof drain pipe at Building 126 and all incidental related work by means of a firm fixed price type contract.
