FISC San Diego, CA is announcing its intent to issue an RFQ using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13.6 Test Program Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The following is required: Services to perform miscellaneous chemistry, serology, hematology, microbiology, and immunology tests of various quantities for the Navy Hospital Camp Pendleton, and Branch Clinic located at the Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, CA. Period of performance: one year base period beginning 01 July 1997, and four (4) one year option periods. Specimens must be picked up within (24) hours of notification with tests results required anywhere from two (2) days to two weeks depending on the type of test.
