Michael Dodd, Code SEA02522, (703)602-7900 ext 568 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to extend the ordering period under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-95-G-5629 with DRS Technologies, 200 Professional Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20879, and BOA N00024-95-G-5624 with CARDION Inc., 100 Sunnyside Blvd, Woodbury, NY 11797, to provide continuous support to the AN/SPS-55 Radars. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) "Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". NAVSEA will issue orders for repair effort (including emergency repair), alteration, overhaul, refurbishment and maintenance including all materials and services incidental to such work, such as repair parts, components, accessories, documentation, associated tools and any necessary packing, packaging and marking, storage, inventory functions or shipping and handling. When needed, NAVSEA will issue orders for opening and inspection of equipment to determine the extent of repair, alteration, or overhaul work, and the installation of field change kits or other modifications.
