McDill, 303/236-0978/Contracting Officer Within the current Delegation of Procurement Authority, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to extend the use of the DOI technical support services contract to the USDA Forest Service (USFS). Use of the technical support services contract by the USFS will be limited to those offices with a direct business relationship with the BLM. The USFS is currently piloting co-location of offices with the BLM in Colorado and in Oregon/Washington. Both the BLM and the USFS have commonality of mission concerning land management.***** (0142)
