Products are to be delivered to three separate Federal facilities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as follows: The Federal Correctional Institution at Seagoville, Texas; The Federal Medical Center at Fort Worth, Texas; and the Federal Medical Center -- Carswell at Fort Worth, Texas. The contract period shall consist of one base year not to exceed 12 months with the possibility of two (2) one year option periods for renewal. All requests for quotes must be in writing and addressed to the individual listed above.
