neighborhood entry features using signage and landscaping. This
enhancement will be done in several Menriv neighborhood locations
(Fletcher St., Jefferson St., Webster St., Pulaski/Boone/Von Steuben)
and in one Eastside neighborhood (Marrington Circle). Also included in
this project is the demolition and removal of 21 exterior brick screen
walls located throughout these neighborhoods. The requirement is
estimated to be between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The small business
size standard applicable to this contract is 1542 and the annual size
standard is $17.0 million. Contract duration period is approximately
180 calendar days. This is an unrestricted procurement IAW Public Law
100-656. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be
