The Federal Correctional Complex, Beaumont, Texas, intends to make an award for the construction of recreation fields at the United States Penitentiary, Beaumont, Texas. The fields will consist of one softball field and one soccer/softball field. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
