(3,000) each Mine Recognition Boards. Total to include labor, materials
and delivery. Fabricate, trim and paint approximately 3,000 vacuum
formed mine recognition boards from .062 black ABS plastic sheets with
smooth surface displayed. The contractor will be furnished master
molds for the project and must not deviate from the master pattern.
Repair parts will be provided by the government and installed by the
contractor. Contractor shall comply with all state and federal
environmental requirements for the fabrication and painting process.
MILL SPECS do not apply to the painting requirement. Contractor to
deliver completed parts to Building 3775 in lots no smaller than 50 and
no larger than 150. 100 percent inspection will be performed by
government personnel. Defective boards will be returned and deducted
from the total. No defective boards will be accepted. Deliver to
Redstone Arsenal, AL. All requests for written quotation shall be in
