The USPS controlled site size is approximately 50,770 square feet. The building size desired is approximately 4,104 square feet (net interior space including 412 square feet platform area and 16,380 square feet parking and maneuvering area). The building will be leased for a 10 year base term with two five year renewal options using Postal Service lease agreement.
