The work will be performed at the FBI, J. Edgar Hoover Building, 935 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC 20535 in accordance with scope of work and drawings. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3446 and the Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This project will consist of the following: The contractor shall install approximately 2,434 linear feet of galvanized railing and approximately 685 linear feet of galvanized posting (contractors shall also take field measurements). Each offeror shall provide a list of at least five references from projects of this type that were performed within the last three years and exceeded $25,000. Past performance information shall include the following: Name and address of the organization, name and telephone number of a person who can verify work and a brief description of the services rendered. This project will begin as soon as the successful bidder has been cleared through FBI security for access to the building.
