The Government intends to enter into a sole source contract with Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA, as the location for the 1997 Community Service Leadership Camp, a training camp for at risk youth. Lehigh University has been selected because it is the host site for the only national Communities in School (CIS) Training Institute, provides the security and facilities needed for approximately 230 youth, and CIS is offering to train the leaders for the camp at Lehigh University free of charge.
