U -- TRAINING FOR ENVIRONMENTAL/HAZARDOUS WASTE COURSE SOL DAHC76-97-R-0006 DUE 062597 POC Contract Specialist Marian Taylor (907) 384-7105, Fax (907) 384-7112 Contracting Officer Shirley Lucas (907) 384-7106 (Site Code DAHC76) The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment and materials at Forts Richardson, Wainwright, Greely, and Coast Guard Integrated Support Command Kodiak, Alaska to furnish training, on an "as required" basis, in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines and compliance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The Government shall provide original training materials and slides to the contractor for reproduction and distribution to students. The maximum number of students in each class at Forts Richardson and Wainwright is fifty (50). The maximum number of students in each class at Fort Greely and Coast Guard Integrated Support Command Kodiak is thirty (30). Instructor shall teach the following courses: Subject Matter Expert (24 hours); Subject Matter Expert Refresher Course (8 hours); and Basic Hazardous Waste Training (8 hours) in Government provided classrooms at designated locations. The contractor shall have a demonstrated background in teaching environmental programs and compliance. The proposed contract is for a base year and four option years. See Numbered Note 1.
