The Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) has a requirement for Adult Cardiology Services. The services include the full spectrum of cardiology services; consultative, diagnostic and interventional. The Contractor shall provide these services for the beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Department of Defense (DoD), and ANMC. All agencies are located in Anchorage, Alaska. The Contractor shall be required to provide emergency and urgent care 24 hours a day and a routine visit will be available within 4 weeks. These services will be acquired in accordance with Part 12 of the FAR. The basic period of performance will be 01 June 1997 -- 31 May 1998 with two one year options to extend the contract through 31 May 2000. The solicitation will be issued 28 May 1997 with proposals due 13 June 1997.
