The Government intends to purchase to following under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures: Furnish and install one modular office located at Building 22113 aboard Camp Pendleton. Doors to be pre hung, have metal "C" channel edges and tempered/safety glass window (26"W x 34"H) with the front and back of the door to match wall color and have key lock. Windows to be 44"W x 39" H and have tempered/safety glass. All windows, to include the door window, to be level at the bottom/at same height off the floor. Walls to be 2" and 3" thick with hardboard on both sides with vinyl cover. All connecting posts, except corners, are to be hollow electrical raceways. Require metal roof decking where indicated. Pre wire/cold wire required. Provide applicable quantity of flourescent light fixtures (two bulb with a electronic ballest) and T-8 bulbs, circuit breaker box, etc. see attached drawing. Provide applicable size HVAC 220V units. All estimates should have freight included. Request for quotation will be available 02 June 1997. Anticipated award will be around 17 June 1997. All responsible sources may submit a quotation. If received in timely manner, shall be considered by this agency.
