This is a sources sought market survey synopsis seeking vendors for a radio frequency repeater system. The purpose of this synopsis is to determine whether there are sources capable of meeting the Government's requirements as stated. The requirements are: Commercial Off The Shelf/Non-Developmental Item (COTS/NDI) equipment capable of providing radio frequency relay. The frequency bands/modulation are Very High Frequency/amplitude modulated (116 -- 299.95 MHZ) and Ultra High Frequency/amplitude modulated (300 -- 399.95 MHZ). It will be used for air-to-ground Air Traffic Control communications in areas with radio signal obscuring features, such as mountainous regions.
