This Screening Information is to prequalify vendors for the acquisition of a maintenance service contract for four Administrative Telephone Systems (ATS) located in Jamaica, Ronkonkoma and Westbury, New York and in Leesburg, VA. At a minimum the vendor must demonstrate his or her technical ability as follows: 1. Ability to provide technicians with a minimum of two years experience who are certified on the following equipment: Northern Telecom Meridian S1-1, Centertech Allegro Conference Bridge and Northern Telecom Meridian Mail System. Peripheral equipment required includes all modems, administrative terminals, power supplies, printers, uninterrupted power systems (UPS) and software utilized for call detail reporting and system administration. 2. Ability to provide a Management Control Center (MCC) with a Toll-Free "Hotline": number manned 24 hrs/365 days per year by Northern Telecom Meridian S1-1 PBX Systems certified personnel. Past performance information will be identified in the Screening Information Request (SIR) form. Vendors interested in pre-qualifying should fax a request to (718) 995-5685 to receive a Sir form. Requests for the SIR form for this particular project will be accepted through May 30, 1997. Applications will then be evaluated.
