McCutchen, Contracting Officer, (214) 767-3492 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: A Purchase Order will be issued for the following work. Replacement of two roofs. The sites are Sapulpa Health Center, Creek Nation of Oklahoma and Eufaula Health Center, Creek Nation of Oklahoma. Contractor to furnish all labor and materials required to accomplish the necessary work. Award will be made to the Contractor submitting the lowest aggregate offer. The proposed purchase order listed herein is Set-Aside under the Buy Indian Act for 51 percent Indian owned, controlled and operated firms. In accordance with the Public Health Service Acquisition Regulation, Paragraph 380.503(E), not more than 50 percent of the work to be performed under a prime contract awarded pursuant to the Buy Indian Act, shall be subcontracted to other than Indian firms. For this purpose, work to be performed does not include the provision of materials, supplies or equipment. Contractors shall indicate that they are at a minimum 51 percent Indian owned, controlled and operated. Performance period is 90 days. Estimated magnitude is $25,000 to $75,000.
