Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) request quotations from firms with
FOCUS programming support, proficient in the following: Maintenance
and/or development of FOCUS computer applications in a VAX/VMS
environment; development of FOCUS adhoc end user reports; end user
FOCUS technical support. The OTS requires one (1) part-time individual
qualified as Senior Computer Programmer/Analyst with the following
experience: DEC VAX Cluster, VAX/VMS 5.2 or higher, FOCUS 6.8 or higher
in a VAX/VMS environment; minimum 5 years experience developing complex
interactive FOCUS systems in a VAX/VMS environment utilizing FOCUS
Windows, MODIFY's, CASE logic, COMBINE's, JOIN's, etc. Developed report
systems against Rdb databases. A minimum of two (2) years experience in
developing multiuser on-line FOCUS systems utilizing the Simultaneous
Usage Facility (sink machines). Experience in developing budget,
help-desk and user survey systems. The task is expected to be for one
(1) year from date of issue (o/b July 01, 1997 to June 30, 1998), with
a one (1) year option and shall not exceed 1,000 hours per year.
Contractor shall be expected to work an average of 2.5 days per week.
THIS REQUIREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. No formal
