In general, the work includes replacement of gravel parking with 800 square yards of asphaltic concrete pavement; replacement of boat shed with a new 1204 square foot boat shed; patchin~g of holes on approximately 70 linear feet of sheet pile seawall; replacement of approximately 1600 square yards of asphaltic concrete pavement; resurfacing of approximately 1100 square yards of asphaltic concrete pavement: replacement of 8300 square yards of varying pavements with rigid pavement; and installation of 20 feet by 40 feet pre-engineered metal building. The estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Estimated bid opening date is September 1997.
