PRESOLICITATION NOTICE -- Sources sought to include the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide hospital housekeeping services at Naval Hospital facilities, including Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF), e.g., patient care areas and administrative/office support areas, for the Hospital, Hospital Annex, Wellness Center, and Drug/Alcohol Abuse Counseling Center by means of a Combination Firm-Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity type contract. The period of performance is for a base period and four option periods, that may consist of 1 to 12 months per period. The total duration shall not exceed 60 months. The Contractor shall ensure all services protect facility and furnishings integrity, human health, and the environment. The services to be provided are subject to the Service Contract Act. The contract is to be awarded to the responsible offeror who submits the proposal considered most advantageous to the Government considering "Price" and "Technical" evaluation factors. A preproposal conference will be scheduled, with a date to be published later. This is not a public bid opening. Proposals will be considered from all responsible sources. This project is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Standard Industrial Code is 7349 and the annual size standard is $12 million.
