The Contractor shall provide all services, including labor, material, and equipment necessary for the replacement of existing teak deck and framing with new framing, waterproofing system and decking at the Visitor Center, U.S.S. Arizona Memorial, Honolulu, Hawaii. The work includes, but it is not limited to, removing and disposing of the teak decking, timber framing, metal connectors, anchor bolts, and miscellaneous items; disconnecting the existing piping and conduits from the existing framing and temporarily supporting the piping until new framing is installed; and installing new timber framing, a waterproofing system, and decking. Performance must be completed within 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range for this project is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00.
