Strom Thurmond Lake, Clarks Hill, Georgia and South Carolina. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, the following: Cleaning services; park attendant and visitor center services, maintenance of buildings, structures, mechanical, electrical, water, supply and sewage disposal systems; maintenance of grassed and landscaped area; maintenance and repair of Government vehicles, equipment, boats and trailers; maintenance of communication equipment, maintenance of earthen dams, dikes, beaches, riprap, ramps, berms, bulkhead walls, and impact sites, maintenance of signs, barricades, gates, wheel stops, posts and fences; maintenance and repair of walkways, roads and parking areas; maintenance of wildlife openings and nesting boxes; boundary line maintenance; minor construction and shoreline stabilization; maintenance of fish habitat, shoreline erosion control, aquatic plant control; navigational buoy maintenance and encroachment and refuse removal. Procurement will result in a Cost-Plus Award Fee Contract. Contract will be awarded for a basic year with four one-year options. The proposed contract listed here is set-aside for small business concerns. The small business size standard is 13.5 million dollars for the three previous years.
