The type of contract will be firm-fixed price for a base year and four annual options. Training includes all academic and simulation instruction for Initial Qualification Training and Upgrade Training, including operation of the simulator. Maintenance of courseware material includes update and maintenance of Instructional System Development materials, classroom instructional materials, and simulator scenarios based upon trainee feedback, evolving operational concepts and characteristics of the delivered E-8 baseline.
