issue no. PSA-1832 on 25 Apr 97 in Group D -- Information Technology
Services (Including Telecommunications) is revised as follows: This
market survey is being conducted to identify small business firms
(small, small disadvantaged/woman-owned/8(a)) interested in providing
communications support services for the 45th Space Wing. Services will
include the Air Force Network Control Center (SIC 7376) (includes
systems control, help desk, network management, small computer systems,
secure communications systems maintenance); Base visual information
services (SIC 7389) (includes electronic imaging, video
teleconferencing, simple and complex graphics, equipment check-out
function, still and motion video, Base Commander's channel,TV
programming and operation); Small computer maintenance and training,
and Closed Local Area Network (SIC 7379); Mission maintenance (SIC
4399) (mission systems, systems support, communications systems);
ground-based radio, government land mobile radio at PAFB and possibly
CCAS (radios, antennas/UHF/VHF/GPS/marine, inventory and training); TV
maintenance, Wideband MX, Telephone System (SIC 4813) (telephone
systems maintenance, telephone cable maintenance (fiber optics and
solid core), telephone installation/maintenance (inside and outside
plant, switches and instruments); and Commercial intrusion systems
maintenance (SIC 7382). Contract type has not been determined. Total
contract period will be three years. Individual Top Secret clearances
will be required for secure communications, communication system, and
communication center (as applicable). The SIC code/size standard for
the SOLICITATION is 8744/$20M. Note: Section B of the solicitation will
include Schedule 1 (7376, 4399, 4813)/(OMB Circular A-76 procedures
apply); and Schedule 2 (7389, 7379, 7382). Offerors may submit prices
for both schedules, and multiple awards may be made. Conflict of
interest rules may apply which would prohibit participation in related
acquisitions. Firms respondingto this survey must (1) indicate (based
on size standard of $20M) whether they are a small, small
disadvantaged or woman-owned business, 8(a) firm, or Historically Black
College or University or Minority Institution (HBCU/MI); (2) provide
experience in the form of an outline of previous projects for specific
relevant work completed or currently being performed including
contract numbers, description of the work, points of contact, and phone
numbers; professional qualifications and specific experience of
management personnel to be assigned, and (3) any other pertinent
information which would enable the government to assess a firm's
capabilities. Because the government reserves the right to set this
acquisition aside for small businesses, 8(a) firms, or HBCUs/MIs based
on the responses received, it is imperative that firms respond with
the required information so that capabilities can be evaluated
accurately. Responses to this survey should be submitted via MS e-mail

document for Windows 95 and attached to e-mail. Additional information
