Plotting System, qty 1 ea. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. To
be a high speed fabric cutter/ploter mounted on a movable carriage,
vacuum table, control cabinet and microporcessor based operational
control system. To be capable of cutting nylon reinforced Polyvinyl
Chloride (6 to 80 mil); ployester reinforced Polyurethane (30 oz/sq
yd); cotton fabric (11 to 26 oz/sq yd); vinyl coated polyester mesh;
cheese cloth (1 oz/sq yd) and artificial leather (25 oz/sq yd). To fit
within the following dimensions: maximum overall length of 55 feet;
maximum overall width of 9 feet; maximum overall height of 7 feet. To
be supplied with an assortment of cutting tools. Be provided with a
minimum of 1 plotter pen mount and a set of plotter pens (4 minimum).
Minimum cutting area of the vacuum table shall be 390 in long by 72 in
wide. Contractor to install and provide training. Technical data (1)
installation drawings (2) operator/maintenance manual (3) recommended
spare parts list(4) Material Safety Data Sheets (if applicable). A
Noise Level test shall be conducted prior to acceptance. Desired
delivery is 15 January 1998, required delivery is on or beore 15 March
1998. Inspection/Acceptance and FOB point is Puget Sound Naval
Shipyard, Bremerton, WA 98314-5000. NOTES: 1, 9, 26 apply. All
