FOR SH 60R EMD II & LRIP SOL N00019-96-G-0023 DUE 050697 POC Contact, Emily Harman, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), Stratford, CT under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-96-G-0023. SAC will perform engineering investigations and studies, define requirements, and update planning and schedule estimates for Engineering and Manufacturing Development (E&MD) and Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) for the Multi-Mission Helicopter Upgrade (MMHU) Program (SH-60R). SAC as the sole source manufacturer of H-60 air vehicles and the H-60 Service Life Assessment Program (SLAP) contractor is the only contractor with the knowledge, expertise, and technical information to perform these services.
