Bldg. 50 is a single story building with a standing seam metal roof (approx. 8800 sq ft). There are three roof mounted HVAC units, two 48" x 48" skylights and two 96" x 48" skylights, ten 2" vent pipes, and a roof access hatch located on the roof. The project will also require the removal of two areas of sheet metal patching (spanning two standing seam sections). The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
