The project is to construct the Fort Eustis Child Development Center. The building will consist of approximately 24,000 square feet of classrooms, support spaces, and administrative/operational spaces. The structure includes reinforced concrete, structural steel, concrete masonry, brick, metal decks, steel joists, metal roofing, sealants, carpentry, paint, aluminum doors, wood doors, aluminum windows, acoustic ceilings, resilient floors, carpet, plumbing, casework, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, sprinklers, gas piping, interior electric, underground electrical distribution, fire alarms, lighting, telephones, closed circuit television and related work. Also included are clearing, grubbing, grading, trenching, connection to utility systems, paving, and signage. A Network Analysis will be required for this project. Magnitude of the project is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Duration of the project is 515 calendar days. This is an Unrestricted Procurement. SIC 1542 applies.
