The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for a contractor to construct a 170 foot by 170 foot parking lot with entrance road. The entrance road will be 24 foot by 150 foot. Additionally, an "add alternate" consisting of another parking lot with measurements of 64 foot by 170 foot will be included in the solicitation. This particular item may or may not be awarded along with the base bid. The add alternate item will be awarded based on funding availability at the time of award. All line items must be determined fair and reasonable by the contracting officer. All work will be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution, Pekin, Illinois. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Only written requests will be accepted.
