circulated in accordance with Article 10.6. G/TBT/Notif.97.162. 1.

content: The purpose of Colombian Technical Standard 3967 (Transport of

inflammable gases. Packing/packaging and land transport by road) is to
establish the requirements to be met by, and the tests to be performed
with respect to packing/packaging and land transport of class 4
dangerous goods. It also sets out mechanisms for monitoring the
transport of class 4 dangerous goods and reducing the risks connected
with such transport. 7. Objective and rationale: Protection of life and
