Colombian Technical Standard 3968 (Transport of Class 5 dangerous

by, and the tests to be performed with respect to the packing/packaging
and land transport of Class 5 dangerous goods. It also sets out
mechanisms for monitoring the transport of Class 5 dangerous goods,
reducing risks to people, objects and the environment of transport by
road of comburent substances and organic peroxides, and of related and
