This amendment reopens the submission of abstracts and extends the proposal due date. Abstracts must be submitted by 4: 00PM daylight savings time (DST) 29 August 1997 and preferably be transmitted via electronic media to ROSSMA@CC.TACOM.ARMY.MIL. Abstracts submitted by mail, express mail and FAX (810) 574-7788, Attn: AMSTA-AQ-SCC, Marlene Ross) will be accepted. The closing date for receipt of proposals is amended from 9 May 1997 to 30 January 1998. Awards are targeted for March 1998.
