COMMAND (ATCOM) DEPOT MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING EFFORTS FOR AIRCRAFT DUE

263-3579. The Government intends to extend the term of contract
DAAJ09-95-C-0542 for one additional year, as defined in Army Federal
Acquisition Regulation Supplement 37.7091, for the continued assignment
of one resident engineer. There is a continuing need for a resident
engineer capable of providing a variety of engineering and technical
services necessary to improve the availability and maintainability of
all H-60 aircraft operated by the Department of the Army. The
Government intends to modify the Sikorsky Support Services Contract
under the authority OF 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), as implemented by FAR
6.302-1. The Government's minimum needs can only from the Original
