This requirement is being procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 12, Commercial Products. The contractor shall provide all equipment, material, parts, labor, supervision, and transportation to furnish and install a new Deaerator in Building 309 at the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center in Beltsville, MD. Delivery and installation is to be completed within 140 calendar days after award. Only one site visit is scheduled for May 21, 1997. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will be available on or about May 13, 1997. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
