Q -- PRESCRIPTION EYEGLASS SERVICES SOL 548-14-97 DUE 061797 POC Donna Nelson, 561-882-6510 Provide prescription eyeglasses with case, eyeglass fitting and refraction services to the VA beneficiaries for the VA Medical Center, West Palm Beach, FL. This is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract. Contractor is required to have access points in the seven (7) county cachment area to include Glades, Hendry, Indian, Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach Counties. The VA intends to make a single award and reserves the right to make multiple awards if in the best interest of the Government. The contract base period will be from one calendar year from date of award with two (2) one year options for renewal. Total duration of the contract will not exceed 3 years. SIC: 8095 & 5995. Solicitation will be available on or about May 16, 1997. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be in writing and should be received by the issuing agency no later than 15 calendar days from the date this notice is published.
