The contractor will be required to fix a known list of items from a 1993 report and also prepare a report listing other related repairs over and above that furnished to the contractor by the government. The known list includes replacing door locks, power disconnects, valves, elevator controls; relocating plumbing, conduit and wire, communication line, power outlets, oil tank heater, seismic restraints, fire rated walls, emergency lighting, a telephone, smoke detectors, heat rise detectors and signs and incidental related work. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1796. The small business size standard is $7.0 million. The solicitation package is anticipated to be available 16 May 97. The anticipated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Anticipated performance time is 100 calendar days. The site visit is mandatory for this project.
