Kristina Gilmore (206) 526-6379 TEXT: The Western Regional Support Center, which accommodates approximately 900 employees, is located on Lake Washington adjacent to Magnuson Park on the northern shore of the Sand Point Peninsula on a 114 acre site. There are nine buildings on the site. The work will consist of, but is not limited to, maintaining and operating all building systems, pickup and delivery of all classes of mail, packages, and move equipment and furniture between buildings, providing for the systematic control and collection, storage, transportation processing treatment and recovery and disposal of hazardous waste. Contract performance will be for one year commencing on/about November 1, 1997. With the option to extend up to two years. A Fixed-Price, Level-of-Effort, with Award Fee contract type is anticipated. The Pre-proposal/Site Visit shall be held on/about June 12, 1997 at the Western Regional Center. Specific detail will be provided in the solicitation. The solicitation closing date is scheduled on/about July 15, 1997. The technical evaluation will be based on written material and oral presentations. The following written technical material will be due by the solicitation closing date: a detailed facility staffing plan, resumes for key personnel and past performance information. All other technical information shall be presented in the oral presentation. Offers shall be evaluated against four (4) evaluation factors: (1) Past Performance, (2) Key Personnel, (3) Demonstration on Understanding of Government Requirement; and (4) Site Management Approach.
