It is the Government's intent to negotiate with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Electronics and Systems Integration Division, Surveillance and Battle Management Systems -- Melbourne, PO Box 9650, 2000 W. NASA Boulevard, Building 222, Melbourne, FL, 32902-9650 for Phase I of the NATO Alliance Ground Surveillance Program (NATO Joint STARS). During Phase I the Contractor will design, develop, test, and integrate the NATO interoperability software modifications, support development of contract changes to facilitate delivery of two (2) systems to NATO, support the requirements definition for Phase II Cooperative development and production proposal effort, support NATO Consultation, Command, and Control Agency (NC3A).
