The work to be performed consists of furnishing labor, material, equipment,supplies and supervision necessary to replace doors and locks on 148 MFH units located at Charleston AFB, SC. The general scope of work is as follows: Replace all existing exterior doors, frames, and hardware. Remove existing doors, frames and hardware as indicated on drawings. Provide new doors, frames and hardware as required by drawings and specifications. All requests for this IFB shall be in writing and / or faxed to 803 566-2829 . Telephone request will not be honored. This solicitation will be evaluated using the performance Price Trade Off Procedures. An integrated assessment of the offerors price and past performance will be performed. Evaluation factors will be set forth in section L & M of the solicitation.
